No. Rooftop pools are shared residential facilities. Private pools are included only in selected residence types in the four-storey buildings. The three example plans displayed on this page do not include a private pool.

The standard construction plan has five interest-free payments of 20%: on signing the contract, at 25%, 50% and 75% construction completion, and on completion of construction. For residences below THB 30M, the reservation amount is THB 100,000. The written offer confirms how the reservation is applied and the milestones relevant to the selected building.

The deferred option schedules 20/10/10/10% during construction and the remaining 50% after completion. The published options for that balance are one year at 3% p.a. in 4 quarterly payments, three years at 5% p.a. in 12 payments, or five years at 7% p.a. in 20 payments. This differs from the interest-free standard plan; confirm eligibility, interest calculation and the complete repayment schedule before choosing it.

The timing is specific to the building and purchase contract. Request the current construction stage, expected handover date and registration schedule for your selected residence.
